Located at No 77 Art Gallery on a back street in the Dongcheng district of Beijing, the 77 Cultural Creative  Park has overall floorage of 13,000 square meters, of which 6,700 are plant areas. The operator intends to make it a themed cultural creative park, focusing on film and drama.

Considering the number of currently settled enterprises and their economic benefits, the annual output value of the park is anticipated to reach 600 million yuan ($94.2 million).

Since the theater was put into operation in May 2014, more than 100 activities have been held, and have attracted a large number of creative resources.

The park has built a standard cultural assets operation and management system. In two to three years, it is expected to carry its own brand in a sustainable and creative operation mode.
