The industry park is located in the Jintian Park near the Guanyintang Bridge on the east fifth ring in Beijing. It is in the south of the CBD-Dingfuzhuang International Media Corridor, 2 km away from the Communication University of China and 15 minutes’ drive from CCTV and Beijing TV.

The overall floorage of the project is about 120,000 square meters, with a greening coverage of 30 percent. It’s the only media industry park within a civic park in east Beijing.

The park will strive to become an "embassy area" for domestic TV stations and new media-driven television and film, relying on the sound business climate and talent support by the Communication University of China.

The park boasts individual buildings of 800, 1,000, and 1,500 sq m, flexible office rooms from 50 to 3,000 sq m for free assortment, and 45-to-70-sq-m SOHO with refined decoration.

Through enterprise services and financial support, the park is expected to build an innovative demonstration area collecting pioneering incubator, film and television exhibitions and exchanges, investment guidance, technology R&D and promotion, and integrated services.
