The industrial park will be divided into three functional areas themed on cultural creativity, IT and services. Situated 3 km east of the Beijing Airport Economic Core Zone, it covers nearly 136,000 square meters, with overall floorage of 361,000 sq m and plot ratio of 2.0. The total investment of the project is about 1.6 billion yuan ($249.8 million).

The cultural creativity area’s enterprises range from press and publication, broadcast, film and television production, convention and exhibition centers to design services, animation and cartoons, artworks trade, fashion, and leisure.

As for the IT area, an e-commerce trade platform, with B2B, B2C and O2O patterns as its core, will be established. Emerging industry enterprises will be brought in the areas of e-commerce, information software, and design R & D.

The service area will satisfy the daily requirements of the staff working in the industry park, and will contain accommodation, food areas, shopping, and entertainment centers.
