The Changyou.com is a leading online game developer and operator in China. It went public on NASDAQ-GS in April 2009.

Changyou owns a leading technology research platform and a top operation team. Dragon Oath, a game it developed, is the most popular martial arts MMOG in China.

Changyou has been seeking diversified development with a focus on web games. In 2011, it acquired the leading web game company Seventh Avenue, and its games Wartune and DDtank were very popular. Changyou also bought out 17173.com, a leading information portal for game players in China, Playcool.com, a noteworthy web game research and operation company, and Jingmao Film Media, a company specializing in Chinese film media integrated marketing communication. These subsidiaries formed a more diversified product line for Changyou, and have generated good revenue for the company.

Changyou goes public on NASDAQ in April, 2009.

Changyou acquired 62.5 percent of the shares of RC Voice, a social communication platform, which will accelerate building up a global web game players’ platform. Changyou has been actively developing its business on web and mobile platforms, and introduced the first free 3D open source game engine, Genesis, also in 2011. Changyou spares no effort to provide high-quality Internet entertainment experience for game players.
