The park, formerly a machine tool plant, covers an area of 97 mu (64,667 square meters), with a floorage of 80,000 sq m. It will be built into a low-density and high-grade garden-like cultural and creative industry park with five zones.

Zone A

Located in the front of the Xingdongnan Building, Zone A is a landmark in the park.

Zone B

Located in the middle of the park, the zone is home to three independent office buildings and will be an exhibition area for international high-end design institutes. On the top floor, there will be a leisure area for creative talents such as designers and artists.

Zone C

Located in the east of the park, the zone has four independent office buildings. Commercial facilities will be built for branding and furniture and ornament design, as well as news release preparation.

Zone D

Located in the west of the park, the zone has four conjoined buildings and serves as the main functional area. It will provide workshops for industries such as e-commerce, modern arts, and culture and media, and attract high-end art businesses.

Zone E

Located in the southwest of the park, the zone consists of a multistory parking space and two office buildings.
