Covering a total area of 398,200 square meters, the complex has planned a building area of 237,000 sq m and floorage of 286,000 sq m. With an investment of 3.97 billion yuan ($60.15 million), the project will be developed into an entertainment and shopping complex that integrates leisure facilities, a hot spring resort and high-tech cultural experience.
