Training for staff in Beijing municipal cultural SOEs was held on August 22. Eighty-five mid level managers and key members from the Beijing municipal publishing house group, the performing arts group, Gehua culture media, Beijing News and other cultural enterprises attended.

The 4-day training focused on major issues in enterprise operation and management, helping the students solve problems in daily work, including financial management, human resources, and practical writing. It was intended to cultivate more staff with knowledge of practical management to improve the working efficiency and competence of cultural enterprises.
