This year's event will encourage shopping malls, theatres, cinemas, parks, and other places to extend business hours and increase nighttime consumption. Over 60 activities will provide night services during the consumption season.

Organizers will also focus on a number of cultural consumption hotspots in order to develop new forms of consumption. They will continue to increase preferential policies and encourage cultural enterprises to provide various types of preferential treatment to citizens. According to authorities, more than 100 million yuan in benefits will be offered to consumers.
