Training held for talented staff in cultural industries
A training program for professionals in Beijing's cultural industries was held in Beijing on Oct 21-25 -- aiming to boost the leadership skills of corporate management and to stimulate the development of the cultural industries.
Senior managers from 72 top cultural enterprises registered in Beijing and 12 representatives from associated departments and cultural businesses in Tianjin and North China's Hebei province attended the training.
The event was sponsored by the State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality (SOCASAO) and the Capital Cultural Industry Association.
The five-day training consisted of 10 themed lectures, one students meeting, one group discussion, two cross-group exchanges and discussions, multiple walking activities, a forum and a project matchmaking activity.
The organizers said that those participating in the training had already attained a certain level of achievement in their careers and had an idea of where they were going.
They added that many participators had found interested partners and were expected to continue to look for potential partners after the training.
