Museum brings trendy art works to young visitors in Beijing

On Oct 15, the exhibition "Super Player" opened at Beijing Times Art Museum. The exhibition, organized by Beijing Times Art Museum and FAS Art Space, is divided into five sections.
This event brings together works of nearly 40 international artists such as Takashi Murakami, Tian Xiaolei and Peng Lei, aiming to break through the traditional way of art appreciation and construct an immersive cross-field art exhibition for the audience.

Founded in 2008, Beijing Times Art Museum is located in Bloomage LIVE•Wukesong. As a private non-profit art museum under Bloomage Group. It is also a "late night art museum" with the longest opening hours and the earliest opening hours in China (open from 10 am to 10 pm).
Since its establishment, the museum has always focused on contemporary avant-garde art and the integration between art and fashion, design and technology to create a public cultural space.

At the opening ceremony, Jin Dongfang, founder and managing director of FAS Art Space, expressed her hope that visitors could find more joy from the works in the exhibition as if they were in an amusement park.
Liu Weiwei, executive deputy director of Beijing Times Art Museum, said the museum has been working closely with professional curators to create open, immersive art spaces. It hopes to connect with the public, especially young people, and convey the avant-garde spirit of contemporary art.
The audience can enjoy the excellent works of international top masters Takashi Murakami, Konyamaki, Daniel Alxuan, Shimoda Mitsu, together with Chinese artists such as Jia Haoran and Shen Jingdong; the art created by singer-actor Wu Jianhao; and other pieces made by unique materials such as fluorescent graffiti and papery clay.
This is an immersive art exhibition that bridges art and fashion, tradition and the future. The exhibition runs until Nov 14.
