The London Book Fair 2022 opened on April 5. A series of works by Chinese writer Xue Mo will be displayed at the China International Book Trading Corporation's booth.
Taking place from April 5 to 7 at Olympia London, the London Book Fair is one of the most active and influential publishing industry exhibitions in the world.
Xue's works have appeared at the Frankfurt Book Fair, London Book Fair, American Book Fair and other global book fairs, setting an example for showcasing contemporary Chinese literature abroad.
His novels are largely based in west China's Gansu province. He writes about the power, ruthlessness and beauty of this desert region, introducing it to the English-speaking world.
Xue's works have been translated into more than 20 foreign languages, including English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Swedish, Nepali, Hindi, and Arabic.
