Cultural and creative parks reopen
According to the Beijing Cultural Industry Park Association since June 6 many cultural and creative parks in Beijing have resumed dine-in service and opened some cultural attractions while strictly adhering to pandemic prevention measures.
The Beihua Jiaichang Cultural Technology Industrial Park located in Chaoyang district has begun to implement the latest pandemic prevention policies: to enter the park one must scan the code, have one’s temperature taken, and provide a negative nucleic acid certificate issued within the previous 72 hours; meanwhile employees of the park enterprises, except for those in the closed (management) control area, are allowed to work from home. The office is adjusted to normal work and the exhibition halls, restaurants and similar places in the park have reopened.
The restaurants strictly implement anti-epidemic measures such as scanning codes for temperature measurement, maintaining distant dining seating, and contactless payment. During the lunch period, the number of guests was about 60.
The Dewey Center, Mocha Art Center and other pavilions also reopened, and the "Monet and His Friends" immersive light and film exhibition and "Picasso like a child" art exhibition were launched as well. On the basis of strict implementation of pandemic prevention measures, the exhibition hall will be opened at 75 percent capacity. As of 5pm on the reopening day, the two pavilions had received nearly 200 visitors.
There are also a number of cultural and creative parks in Beijing that are gradually recovering cultural and catering functions. In the 751 Beijing Fashion Design Plaza in Chaoyang district, more than 20 commercial and consumer enterprises were opened, with a passenger flow of about 5,000. AT Xishiku No. 31 Cultural and Creative Park in Xicheng district, Shiku Garden Food Club resumed dining-in and received about 200 people on its first day.
